Region 5 Men’s Gymnastics is excited to announce the relaunch of our official website, www.region5mensgymnastics.org. The updated site is designed to be a central hub for coaches, parents, and athletes across the region, providing easy access to information about events, educational resources, and opportunities to support the growth of men’s gymnastics.
Our goal in Region 5 is to provide a strong foundation for gymnasts of all levels, helping them develop their skills, compete at the highest levels, and grow as athletes and individuals. From local meets and regional competitions to elite team development and specialized camps, we strive to create opportunities that challenge and inspire gymnasts across Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.
The new website will serve as a comprehensive resource for the Region 5 community. Visitors can explore information about upcoming camps, workshops, meets, and special events, as well as educational materials designed to support coaches and parents. The Education tab offers access to the Gene Watson Coaches Education lectures from this year and previous years, providing valuable insights into training, technique, and athlete development. Several lectures are geared specifically toward parents to help them understand the sport and support their children’s growth.
In the coming weeks, the site will continue to expand. We plan to add Region 5 Elite Team rosters from past years and post updates for the 2026 Region 5 Championships, ensuring that athletes and families can stay informed about all major events in the region.
The website also features the Region 5 Webstore at https://region5.boldstores.com/. Here, supporters can pick up gear to represent Region 5 throughout the year. Proceeds from the store directly support athletes in the region, helping fund programs, competitions, and developmental opportunities.
This relaunch would not have been possible without the dedication and effort of Kenny Gesiakowski and Ryan Senderak. Their work rebuilding and testing the website ensured a smooth transition, and their ongoing efforts will continue to enhance the site with new features and timely updates.
We invite everyone in the Region 5 community to explore the new website, stay informed about upcoming events, access valuable educational resources, and support the gymnasts who make our region strong. Region 5 Men’s Gymnastics remains committed to providing opportunities for growth, excellence, and achievement for every athlete in our region.
